"I had placed a previous order with no problems. At that time they had the item that I wanted at a reasonable cost. This time they refused to send the order to my P.O. Box which is also my Billing address. They are now adding a surcharge for the use of a credit card. The surcharge will eat into ones bank account or credit limit real fast. It has taken several e-mails to try to get the order through. I still have not received an e-mail saying my order has been received and my order is being sent.
