"VERY DISAPPOINTED !!! First I was extremely happy that mwave.com had the server chassis that no one else seemed to have in stock. Placed my order, charge was placed on my credit card, and then two days later I received an email saying 'sorry, that item has been discontinued'. So not only does there website not reflect current inventory, but they charge your card before even checking stock, and I lost three days in the process. Now I have the inner components for the server and no chassis. They did cancel the order ... waiting to see how long the credit will take to show up on my charge card. THANKS A LOT ! NOT !"

"I was happy with there website. They have a feature that allows you to bundle a motherboard with a processor of your choice and ram amount of your choice as well. If you select Testing too, they will install the processor(!) and ram for you, and since processor installation is probably the most difficult part of putting a computer together, it is well worth the extra $10. They shipped it out on time, and I was very pleased with how long it took to get here. Overall, I was completely satisfied with their service and product, and I would not hesitate to buy from them again."

"I ordered several items from mwave for will call pick up but when I got there the lady behind the desk told me two of my items was out of stock even though it still showed in stock online. So she told me I had to come back a week later to pick up the remaining items which sucked because I had to pay the $5 pick up fee. So I only go to mwave if I absolutely need an item the same day otherwise it a lot easier to have it shipped."
