"I purchased a 28 inch Jensen 12 V TV from the 12 V Store. Received the first one broken. Had to email the 12 V store because you can’t contact them by phone; as a matter of fact they list an incorrect phone number on their web site. 12 V Store sent me out a new TV with return label for broken TV. Received replacement Jensen TV, but it didn’t get a fraction of the free air TV stations my neighbors 12 V TV got in my RV - using same antenna. Contacted the 12 V store for another return but this time they would not provide shipping label back to the store because they said poor reception is not covered by the warranty. I tried to explain to them that if my neighbors TV got four times the amount of free air TV in my RV using the same antenna then there’s clearly a problem with the Jensen TV they sold me. So there are three problems here really; the Jensen TV is a piece of junk, the return policy of the 12 V Store is in adequate or fair and it is not possible to contact the 12 V store by phone. My advice, stay away from both the Jensen TV and the 12 V store."
"Ordered an A/C received two tracking numbers, both going to the wrong state. Item marked as delivered. No refund, no item. It's been about 20 days so far, and it's over 100 degrees here. I had a plan to install this when it arrived in a week after the order prior to the heat wave. Due to no refund yet I cannot even purchase another one. This has been an inconvenience to say the least.

"On 5/14/19 I ordered and paid for 2 coleman AC units. I received a Pallet with a large box a few days later when I opened the box and noticed there was only one unit in the box. I called (my 12v store) and sent a email. They responded promptly and said they would check with their supplier. After 2 weeks whey informed me that there supplier said they shipped 2 and I received 2 according to the BOL so sorry your SOL. So basically Im now out 700.00. So I would suggest you NOT business with this co.

Charles told us as soon as Dometic received back the defective unit he would issue a refund. Weeks go by with no word so we contact Charles again. This time he says Dometic has the fridge back and a refund would be issued. Another week goes by with no refund so we start calling and emailing again. Now Charles will not respond to any of our emails. We get ahold of Elodie at the store and she apologizes and says she will make sure we get a refund by the end of the day. A week later and still no Refund. We have followed up two more times with Elodie, since Charles will not respond to us anymore, and each time are told it will happen today and then never happens. 2 months now they have had $1288 of our small businesses money. Insane! We would be out of business inside a month if we treated our clients this way. We have now resorted to filling a claim with PayPal to see if they can help. Avoid this business! "

"They give me false information over the phone about a RV monitor be compatible with my old one. They told me is was, when it fact it wasn't . Now want a 20% restocking fee for their false information. Then they give you the runaround about the return. The people here are order takers and have no technical knowledge. "
"Bought a 12 volt coffee maker, RoadPro RPSC784.
Upon brewing for the first time, it leaked coffee al over the counter.
Contacted Customer Service at my12voltstore, and they emailed back that they would send me an RMA#.
18 days later, I asked where it was, and told them that the only corrospendance from them was a customer satisfaction survey, which I wasn't going to fill out until this was resolved. A day later, they sent an RMA, and noted that it had to be returned to:

So, I paid tax and shipping to get a defective product, and have to pay to return it?!?!
In about a week, I had a replacement that "worked". It is supposed to brew in 15 minutes, but takes over 17 minutes. I should note that I am using an 130 amp-hour LITHIUM battery, and supply voltage is not an issue. Plus, the long cord that they provide with a 12v accessory plug is dangerously under-rated...it gets too hot to touch, and draws over 15 amps (it is rated at 13 amps). So, this product is not UL-friendly.
I would rate the product at 1 star, but my12voltstore at 0 stars.

"I purchased an Atwood 15028 & 15022 15,000 BTU Complete Ducted White AC with Heat Pump for my RV in anticipation of a trip in two weeks. The unit arrived within days, so the following weekend I went to install it. To mu shock, the unit was repackaged, not new and was just flopping around in the carton, parts missing. I call Arun at my12voltstore.com and he assured me I would receive a new one once the item was returned. I explained I had a planned trip in a week and really needed it. He assured me I would have it delivered by Friday. Today is Friday. The received the used unit back. They did not send a replacement. Now our trip will be delayed another week and we will have to cut it short by a week on the other end, because I have to find the unit elsewhere and install it. This company not only sent used, repackaged product as new, but when I complained they seemed shocked, but promised to send a new unit right way. They never did. Anyway, they gave me an immediate refund when I demanded it, except for the shipping. I have asked for the shipping to be refunded as well. We'll see. Just buyer beware...you may expect new and get used."

"TV is a lot smaller than the picture in the ad leads you to believe. However it does fit well in my RV and attaches to the existing wall mount. This set has very nice picture and sound quality whether viewing channels off the air or DVDs. It comes with a 12 volt power cord and a 120 volt power cord. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase."
