"I ordered a copy of the Feng Shui Roleplaying Game corebook for $28.49 from myatomic.com on June 29, 2010. Since then I have tried via email and phone to contact the store only to meet with frustration. Whoever is there is not answering, and I have seen neither hide nor hair of my book.

"My 1st 4 or 5 orders went thru without a glitch. They do have a great inventory, competitive prices and everything over $25.00 ships for free. Back at the beginning of July I placed an order. It was the month in which my CC expired in the middle of the transaction. 3 days later I've got an e-mail from them saying the CC was declined. I clicked on the link provided to re-place the order using my new up-to-date CC. Never heard from them again. I've been trying to know if this order went thru, no confirmation email, no nothing. Their phone # only has 2 options. #1 to place an order, #2 to check on a current order. Both options are useless to reach a live person, the phone doesn't get to ring twice when I'm prompted to leave a message which I have done already 3 times, these at my expense because they don't have an 800 number. My previous order included a TAMIYA WEATHERING MASTER KIT ''C''. The Silver color arrived all crumbled and as a result it got all over the other colors. I must say that they do take care with their packaging, this was a defective product shipped probably without looking at its condition. I'm still willing to be their customer. But they will have to be more reachable, contacting them has been frustrating and no emails or phone calls are returned. Those follow up emails one get after the order has been shipped, seem to me like canned emails. I REALLY hope I'm wrong.
JUST IN!! MYATOMIC IS GOING OUT OF BUSSINESS! BUYERS BEWARE, this site is taking our money but not shipping orders. They claim they have an issue with PAYPAL that is tying in a lot of money from them. Smells like BS to me, why they didn't have the capital to absorb the temporary Paypal supposedly withhold ??? Not everybody paid using Paypal, I used a regular CC, my card was charged and never received anything, I already started a dispute with my bank.
Is MyAtomic suing PAYPAL for bringing down their business?? I don't think cuz it smells like BS."
"The item I purchased was exactly as advertised, communication regarding my purchase was timely for all phases of my purchase, (confirmation, shipping and follow up). This company really seems to care for their customers. Overall I give MyAtomic a 10plus for a very positive first time experience.

"Terrible service. Ordered two items, both were listed "In Stock." One was shipped out a week after I'd placed the order, but I received no word on the second item. I had to email them to ask what the problem was, and I was told it was being shipped out from another location. It took another week for them to get back to me and tell me that they, in fact, didn't have the item in stock. If I'd known that I would never have placed the order to begin with. Communication the entire time was patchy at best, with the company telling me multiple times that the other item was en-route when in fact they'd never even had it in stock."

"MyAtomic had the chrome paint for plastics and the surface prep available at the lowest price (including shipping) of the three vendors I was able to find. Even though I could not locate any previous reviews of the company, since the purchase was secured through PayPal, I felt I was in a better position for recourse should things go wrong. Happily, this was one of the smoothest trouble-free on-line purchases I have ever made! I ordered the products on the evening of July 6th (Monday), had a UPS tracking number the morning of July 8th, and received the well-packed shipment on the afternoon of July 14th (Tuesday, from Indiana to California). I even received a follow-up e-mail from Customer Service (Karl, a real person!) checking to make sure everything had arrived to my satisfaction.
