"I've ordered from MyBinding several times and have always received my products promptly but for some reason this time (granted they had my incomplete address which I corrected) it took me emailing a couple times requesting a status/delivery date for them to finally tell me my products were on backorder. I ordered on Feb 27th, and still do not have a delivery estimate (today is March 11th). It is disappointing because I have always received great service from the company."
