"Apparently my custom order has gone through, but they haven't confirmed what I ordered. I sent in edits when they DID ask me to confirm an order, but they haven't told me they've made those changes, or that those changes are even possible.

In fact, the only way I know this order went through is they asked me to review the order.

So...not awesome.


Then, when the signs arrived, they were the wrong color. When I followed up with them, they sent me a picture of their floor sample of my order (should have been Azure Blue), it was RADICALLY different from what their website advertised.

Their website, and mock-ups they sent me for my custom order, both showed a reasonable Azure Blue. What arrived was a very standard normal....blue! A normal run-of the mill medium blue. They're SUPER different. Seriously, go google the color "Azure Blue" and you'll see how different this is.

When your floor sample, the actual plastic you use, does not come even CLOSE to being what your website advertises, there's a huge problem.

Don't trust them to give you the color you ask for. "
