"Our condo association needed 4 "fire door -- please keep closed" signs for our building. Some of the standard signs looked a little too institutional for what is a small residential building. We ended up designing our own -- white font on a burgundy-ish background. Look very classy and clearly communicate the intended message. With magnetic strips, very easy to install on metal fire doors and they have stayed firmly in place (but will also be easy to remove when it is time to repaint.) Highly recommend these signs."
"I ordered four custom signs from MyDoorSign.com. I ordered two signs that hang from a drop ceiling grid. I ordered two signs that stick on glass doors. One of the glass door signs went on perfectly. The second sign had some issues. The letters stuck to the wrong part of the peel and stick ruining the sign. The sign had to be scrapped off of the door with goo gone and a scraper. I asked for a replacement sign due to the fact that the letters stuck to the wrong part of the sign media. Also, there were no instructions on how to hang the sign which I find to be a fault. MyDoorSign did send me another sign free of charge. This sign had the same struggle--the letters wanted to stick to the wrong part of the sign. Also, some of the letters weren't cut correctly. Two letter "e" had the middle of the "e" solid instead of hollow. The middle was cut, just not removed. I had to scrape this out with a knife.
Overall, I am satisfied with the product. It looks good on the door. However, it is tricky to install so be very careful.
The company stood behind their product. However, from their response, I'm not sure they would have offered me any help on the issues with the second sign.
I would buy this product from this company again."
"These blank door hangers are the closest thing I could find to replace existing plastic door hangers. However, they were larger, and had to be trimmed down some. The larger size was somewhat unwieldy because the thickness remained the same. "

"Sign received misspelled - customer service advised we should get a new one in "about a week". After complaining that their error should be rectified sooner, had to ask to speak to a supervisor before it was agreed to send in two days. Second sign received with a different misspelling error on it. Mind you, this was a stock sign and not a special order. Again called and finally had correct sign sent with cost refunded. Bottom line, poor quality assurance and customer service, Would not recommend to anyone "
