"I was told via live chat by "Luke" that my order would ship by the end of the day on 8/8. I was already surprised about how long it took to ship my order when the website claims to be fast. I paid a premium for second day service in order for my signs to arrive by today, 8/12. At 5:11 PM on 8/12, I received a notification that my order just shipped today! It is after normal business hours so there is nothing I can do to help my customer, who has an inspection in the morning. I can't do business with a company who does not keep promises and makes me look bad."
