"1. the pictures and descriptions are inaccurate on the site
2. they do NOT honor their 'guarantee' that the customer will be satisfied with product AND customer support
3. they wouldn't refund my money even though they sent a veil that is different than the one in the picture, further, the feathers yellowed and the lace was bent and could not be fixed.

It was an awful experience dealing with these people and it's disappointing they would not honor their guarantee and the customer loses. "
