"La pantalla del telefono que compré no funcionaba. Me puse en contacto por email con la tienda, pero me hicieron caso omiso. Por lo que contacté con el servicio oficial de la marca , que me explicaron que era un fallo que habian tenido muchos terminales y que esta tienda los estaba revendiendo. Por suerte, realicé el pago por Paypal y pude abrir una disputa, para que me devolvieran mi dinero, y ya así, sí me hicieron caso. Tras muchos emails, conseguí demostrarles que el telefono estaba mal y acordamos en que les enviaba el telefono de vuelta a China y que me devolverian el dinero cuando les llegase. Una vez llegó se negaron a devolverme el dinero y solo me daban la opcion de que me envieran otro modelo. Tras insistir en que me habian dicho que me devolverian el dinero, acepté que me enviaran otro telefono, pero este era 10€ mas caro por lo que tuve que enviarles 10€. Cuando los recibieron me dijeron que les habia llegado 9,60€ (diferencia de precio segun el tipo de cambio) y tubieron la poca vergüenza de decirme que escribiera una reseña positiva en esta web como compensación! Intentaron comprar mi opinio! Por supuesto me negué y aquí estoy Escribiendo la odisea de comprar en esta tienda. Ya he recibido el otro telefono y se nota que no es nuevo. He leido otras opiniones que son telefonos que reparan o que tienen algun tipo de problema. Por favor no compren en esta tienda. "
