Although it was shipped before it was scheduled to be shipped (which was nice) because it was going to be so long to get printed (and I needed it for an inspection) I had to pay extra for two day shipping so I could have it sooner to final a job up it actually printed two days earlier (would have been nice to know an exact day or a closer time estimate) so I could've waited until the third day without paying extra. Kind of upset me that I had to pay to get it shipped faster because it took so long to get it printed and then they ended up printing it sooner which ended up costing me more money than just shipping it regular three day ( for free) and to top it all off it came in wrong."

"Every instruction I sent to the art department fell on deaf ears. No one made changes that I asked them to make. When I finally did get a proof that looked like it should I approved it. But then my signs came wrong. The colors were off, adjustments that were suppose to be made weren't made. So when I called the customer service to let them know and see what could be done. I got attitude and pushed off to person after person. Really not satisfied at all with this company will not use them again."
