"When I called customer service to ask for some instruction on how to pace my engraved sign order the agent took it upon himself to make the signs himself and then was not able to show me what he had created to ensure it was what I wanted. he said I would have to wait for your art department to review and send me proofs which would take 1 to 2 days. The signs I needed were sinple text no graphics involved. All I needed was some coaching on how to make the signs myself which he was unable or un willing to offer. I told him to cancel the order. An hour later I logged back into the site and figured out how to make the signs I needed and placed the order in the same session. The signs I received were exactly what I expected, but your custome servcie agent should either learn how to help your customers or be replaced."
