It also makes to much use of forced means of purchase that are not identified before entering in the initial agreement.

"I find the sign creation interface awkward. The spacing is "automatic" but doesn't appear to be consistent. It doesn't make sense that the number of signs must be specified on the first page of the process, and cannot be changed later. This means that I find myself going back, and having to start over. But then the count of items just keeps increasing.
The customer service people are helpful though, so desired results are achievable, just not as easily as they could be with a better interface.
