"After placing my order a mistake was found, I placed a call, talked to a rep (maybe Sandra). I was told that production was halted and correction would be made. E-mail sent with correction. I received no response or call back which I was told I would also get. Order shipped with mistake which put me in a bad position with my customer whom I had already told that production was halted. I would have rather been told that it was too late so I could communicate that on my end. I was hopeful of doing a lot of business in the future, not so sure now. Product was good, communication bad."
