"They messed my computer so bad that I have spent over 8 hours trying to make it work like it did before they got their hands on it. All my bookmarks were gone, my password inception program was missing from Firefox. All the system settings and personalization settings had to be reset. I have one program that will not work at all, and I have even tried reinstalling the software with no success. I still have several other programs to try to see if they will work. I am even having trouble with posting this review as the system keeps shutting me out. Absolute worst service ever. "
