"Updated 7th Jan 2015. Contacted by owner, Mr C Bailey. He apologised for the situation and refunded the outstanding amount. I have increased his approval rating accordingly.

Very unsatisfactory. Trying for 8 months to obtain refund for fully paid goods which were out of stock despite web site stating ; In Stock. No reply to multiple emails. Managed to get him once on the phone ( compared to answering machine). Assured me PayPal refund would be processed next day. Ha!!!
He thinks I am an easy rip off as he is in the USA and I am in Australia. I have lodged a complaint with the Utah BBB Case ID: 22174537. They also received no reply despite multiple attempts.

Be warned, this man is not to be trusted!"
