"The person who made this order Tricia Letts has not been with the company as of May 30th. This order was never delivered, or at least not to the company as of today, she sent us the order tracking number from UPS, which states that the order was dropped off at the front door on June 6th. No one on site has seen any packages from ups in the last month. We have gone forward with making a claim to a lost package, but it is unacceptable that they would just drop off the package without having anyone sign or personally receive it."

"I had a custom hardhat sticker that had increasing numbers that I needed.
I was sent a proof with the numbers in red, as I needed.
The order came with the numbers in black.
After calling to get it corrected, I was informed they can only do the numbers in black, even though the proof showed them in red.
It was either take them as is or send back and go through another vendor.
The only offer was to provide a 30% credit, which I have yet to receive. "

"I ordered hard hat stickers for all 50 associates’ hard hats. We have a basic white hardhat w. rounded front. We ordered Semi-conformable stickers. After the original order was received the stickers bubbled on the hard hats. Not a professional look.
After talking with the sales team they informed me that I should have ordered totally conformable stickers. They shipped me new stickers and only charged me the variance. HOWEVER, this week I received the new stickers and guess what? The stickers still bubble.
I am not happy. $150 wasted.
