"The whole ordering process was fine. However, on submitting artwork and the final stages it says order with ship in 5-7 days. I did not hear from the company for probably 2 weeks at least and then that was the to send a proof. The following day I got an email that my proof had been changed.
Upon emailing and getting questions answered they had some technical difficulties. That is understandable but let your customers who are waiting know. Did not appreciate not hearing anything.
The print quality was not what I was hoping for. It is not a sharp and crisp print job. Overall, I do not know if i will order from the company again."
