1. A great selection of styles and sizes. The local stores didn't have the sizes we wanted so we looked online. Not only did myknowbs.com have a wonderful selection of sizes in the style we wanted, the prices were about 1/2 of the local stores.
2. The sample policy really helped us decide on the right sizes and it was nice that they gave us a credit for the samples when we placed our orders.
