"The whole thing was very easy to use. My only comment would be that my verification e-mail said I could check the status of my order at any time. Going to the link, there was never an indication of where the order stood. I checked it a couple of days after my order was received and it still didn't give any indication of the progress or status of the order. I have been told that this was due to some problems that have since been corrected.
