"I ordered 9 knobs. When I received some of the knobs, they did not look like the knobs i ordered. Stock numbers were correct, but knobs were different. When I called them, they did send me info to return items but I have to pay return shipping on the package. My knobs are a third party business, so they tried to blame manufacturer; however, I bought them from my knobs NOT MANUFACTURER!! "
