I can't get to them through email because they claim they don't have my email registered. Funny they used that non registered email to notify me they had my order and would notify me when shipped. Suddenly that email isn't working. I have notified paypal and am notifying the Better Business as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone. "

"I ordered a pillow through Amazon from them. It came crammed in a bag so tight that I had to cut it open. The bag was ripped and very inadequate for the purpose it was used for. The pillow took forever to return to shape in order to use it. As a result I gave them a three out of five stars rating on Amazon. They figured out my work phone number from my email address, and have been calling and harassing me even since. It is against Amazon's seller policy to ask a buyer to change their rating. This order was in February. They are STILL calling me (it's April) and and telling me that I need to change the rating. They are also calling and hanging up on me. It's very immature behavior. Amazon has said they fired them for breach of contract, so I do not know why Jessica keeps calling me. I have reported them to the better business bureau of NY. "

The medical bag I ordered is too small and I've been trying to return it, but they won't get back to me with the MANDATORY return authorization number that they insist must accompany all returns. their customer service is horrible.. i ordered lancets for my grandmother.. the customer service rep when i called was Janice and she was not helpful at all.
I called to ask if they were new because the box didnt come with a seal.. she gave me an attitude and really didnt even speak on the phone..
she was dismissive and did not want to answer my question.. seriously to your research before buying they are not a good company... i wouldnt have bought from them if i found them online on my own. i ordered through sears and they were a third party- last time i order anything from my phone because it didnt show up on their that it wasnt coming directly from sears..
long story short.. they claim to be BEST customer service.. FARR from it! they dont answer questions or emails.. I hope they are new like they claimed because my grandma used 1 lancet before speaking to me and the rest of the box went into the trash because i did not want her using them..
also check out their security before entering your info on their page.. i luckily ordered through sears so i did it through paypay which was secured but their website claims to be secured by digicert the logo leads you no where.. i contacted digicert and they claim Mymedimart NEVER had an account with them.. so they are fraudently using digicert logo to give clients false pretenses that their info is safe.. FISHY and BEWARE!"
"While my order has not yet been filled, I want to put an interim review up. I ordered a 3M Electronic Stethoscope just before Christmas. I was not expecting it to arrive before Christmas, so that wasn't an issue. However, the 27th I saw that my card had been charged, but I did not receive an email confirmation it had shipped nor had I gotten any communication telling me there was a problem. I called and called but couldn't get an answer. Long story short, I called again this morning and Janice answered. We had a good chat and I found out the scopes were slightly backordered. They are expecting them in a day or two. Great. We will touch base again toward the end of the week either by phone or email. I will post the "end of the story". "
