"-Ordered Quicken Rental Property Manager CD January 28, 2008 and just received now, June, 2008
-Merchant sent wrong item twice, instructed to return item, merchant then replied by email to stop returning item
-Stated I had provided incorrect shipping address..the wrong item seemed to arrive...address never changed
-Merchant did not reply to several emails, especially when requesting delivery or refund
-CD only in white envelope, no booklet, manual or sealed box
-Informed merchant I would be submitting reviews, his reply...'I like your sense of humor'
-Will never purchase from this merchant again

"Prices are great, ordering was easy. Customer service does not respond when trying to get information on order tracking. Post office never showed any movement from start to finish (10 days) and merchant never responded to 5 emails asking where the package was. They were quick to send email when one item was not in stock and quick to send tracking number that never worked. Overall I would give them a middle of the road rating. Just one response to email would have made me feel better."
