"I emailed your parts dept. to get the length of a Mast Antenna. It took 3 times to get the response but they would not tell me the length, which was specifically what I was asking. I explained we have already purchased 2 and and they are not the 20-21" antenna like the original. We do not get very good reception (and we had a brand new radio professionally installed. Finally, someone named Andrew emailed me back and said it is about 20- 21" in length. It came today (order # 8843) and it is the SHORT one, like the other two we purchased. So I am out $13.95, plus whatever my husband paid for the other two that were not the long ones. Doesn't somebody know how to use a ruler before they answer wrongly???"

"I was trying to confirm the parts would fit by entering my vin but it kept saying it was not found. I'm guessing it is because I had to register my vin with mopar first. When I called in and talked to someone it was a lot easier. Still was pretty simple though. Still great just gonna mark it up as user error."
