"I ordered a NEW tonneau cover latch and I received a USED latch that had been glued together.
I had to request a return label & drive to a UPS store to drop it off and now am waiting for a NEW latch to arrive.
I am sure they are waiting for the first one to arrive before they ship out the new one, so here I wait. :( "
