Still waiting...

"I ordered the parts on 4/20, they were shipped 4/26 by Fedex, and have been sitting in Roseville,CA, since then with no delivery date. I even talked to Fedex on the phone but the parts still sit there. It reflects badly on you guys when you use a company that doesn't care when your product is delivered. I'm now going to look elsewhere for my brake parts. It's tracking number 786412598366 if you're interested."

Not a very customer-centric experience

"Received my part and was overcharged on my credit card. Brought this to the attention of Dave in their parts department. He argued that the part cost more than he thought and charged me more due to that. They did not ask my permission to charge more, just sent the part and charged my card. Believe it or not, Dave told me that they are allowed to charge up to 15% more than they quote! These guys could take a lesson from other successful customer-centric online stores. They definitely need it."
