"I spoke to a very nice lady who helped me determine the part that I needed. The local Chrysler and Dodge dealership in Elk Grove California refused to help me, even after I purchased the car from them. They said they no longer service my car and to call around other dealerships to see if they could assist. The dealership in Roseville, California worked on the car but forgot to screw the undershield back on so on the way home it flapped. I tried to get them to correct it and they refused to service the car again.
I will never purchase another car from either of these places and have warned all my friends of my experience and warned them about the service they will receive or lack there of."
