"I inherited working with Nameplates.com from my predecessor -- the quality is nice and the service is ok. The wait time for getting the nameplates seems long to me -- sometimes it takes nearly two weeks to get the product. I learned (due to a few mistakes on my part), that it's better to call in or email in an order to ensure consistency with the nameplates, rather than process the order online. Since we have started with Nameplates, I'll probably stick with the company, but if I had to search out another nameplate company, I might switch to one that had a more user friendly website so I could see my previous purchases, know what typestyle was ordered and be able to see a clear graphic of the product online.
