"I like what we designed for our community. I like the options we had when we designed the passes and it was handy to have the violation books/stickers be part of the purchase. HOWEVER.... We have 30 units, with passes to be numbered 1-30. There is no way to order that on the website. You have to send them a spreadsheet? Huh? Or tell them LATER what you want done. That means the cost is nothing like what you order. You have to order a certain number of passes. Okay, I get that, but you can't order them the way you want to do it. Then there is the back of the passes. There was no way to say that you want the same wording on the back of two different passes (owner versus guest passes). If you forgot exactly what you wrote, you'd better first copy it to Note Pad before you do the second pass. If I hadn't wasted so much time designing the passes in the first place, I might have gone elsewhere. But I'm hoping I can get the specifics of my order straightened out before it actually goes to the printers. Fix the website and these problems go away. "
