"Returned an unused part and used better packaging (including air packaging) since the original packaging was damaged. They denied refund and kept the part! UNETHICAL business that would not return calls. As an Ebay'er, there are lots of other car parts you can get with more professional and ethical service model. My Parts Garage is the worst example of greed at the consumer's expense."
"Total jerks. Ordered using part numbers off their website. They shipped different parts, in two occasions. They don't even bother replying to emails. When I called they initially played dumb but later acknowledged 'oh yeah the parts have been superceded and we should've told you' DOH. Sent 5 boxes >100lbs of parts back at my expense, and two weeks later I'm still fighting with paypal and my CC company to get my money back. Even tho these idiots have competitive pricing on their website, RUN away from them!"

"These clowns don't deserve the time of day. I ordered some Mann oil filters on 23 April, 2011. Shipping cost was pretty high, but I chose these clowns anyways, due to their retail price. Communication was abominable (NONE). Two weeks later, I'm wondering what happened to the oil filters I ordered. They claim to have years of "friendly customer service" - which is a lie, as they never returned my first call. I still haven't received filters, so I call them and asked about order #100000142. I was told they didn't have my filters, hadn't shipped them, had refunded the money, and they had never bothered to email to let me know this! These inept clowns go on my "Not a chance!" list. Good luck if you choose to ignore this."
