"I was very pleased with the quality of the photos on canvas I ordered. Honestly, I was surprised at how nice they looked. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating instead of 5 is that I specified in the special instructions box that I wanted the edges of the photos to be black on the deep canvas. Since I had chosen the product that offered colored edges, that was the only place I saw to specify that. They came in white and I was told I did not specify for them to be black in the correct place. Evidently I was supposed to choose that option sometime earlier in the process but I didn’t see anywhere obvious to do that. In addition, however, I DID type in the notes box my request that the edges be black. Someone in the process would have read that and I would have appreciated it if they would have contacted me to resolve the issue. "
