"I should have done some research on this company before ordering something that needed to be private. Seems that all their positive reviews are employees. I emailed, called, and even facebooked them a message - no response. I paid extra for two day shipping - 5 days later usps said they haven't received the package. It was very time sensitive and missed the important event. Very disappointed, out 50 bucks, and no package. BE WARNED!!! "

"Horrible! From an "actual customer" and not an employee pretending to be a customer, I can tell you NOT to order from this company! I placed an order and never received my package! The charge was instant, but two weeks went by before I finally called them. When I did, someone was literally picking up and hanging up. I tried again a while later and actually got a person by the name of Heather, on the phone who told me that they were updating their phones. She tried to look up my order and said it was shipped on time but could not track it through UPS. So she reshipped my order and said I would have it within 2 days along with a couple of extra gifts for the inconvenience. The package still didn't arrive and when I called them again there was a new voice message saying their office was closed! They are Pacific time and I am Eastern. They say their hours are from 9:00 - 5:00 Pacific time, Monday - Friday (and this was on a Wednesday) but it was 4:00 my time (Eastern) when I called, which would have made it 1:00 in the afternoon their time! So why were they closed? So they could sound legit to new customers or anyone who had not yet been scammed? That'd be my guess and for people like me looking for an explanation. They don't want to be held accountable, guess I caught Heather off guard last time. They'll be sure not to let that happen again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING RIPPED OFF!"
