Life savers!

"My projector bulb went out a week before I had my Super bowl Party. I looked everywhere for the compatible lamp, but no one had it in stock! Myprojectorlamps had a new bulb sent out to me within 2 business days! Excellent service, I would highly recommend it to anyone that has a projector and does not want to deal with defective or fake bulbs that are currently out on the market."

A non-profits experience with Myprojectorlamps.com customer service.

"Had a bad experience with customer service regarding an incorrectly shipped item (out of warranty, to be fair). Submitted the issue here and elsewhere. Was contacted by Manny of MPL.com who aplogized for the Customer Service rep and promised to resolve the issue.

Will update as situation changes/ is resolved.

STAY AWAY!!

"SCAM! FRAUD! BUYER BEWARE! Placed order and received shipping confirmation from Fed-Ex. Day item was to be delivered checked tracking and package hadn't even been sent to Fed-ex yet. Contacted customer service and they said the product was out of stock and that it had just came in and would send out rush next day... That was several days ago and still nothing! I can't even get a response from them! Now need to deal with the Credit Card regarding this fraudulent charge! "

Horrible customer service

"Picked up a lamp at their Calgary office. I asked about their return policy and was told a full refund if it was unopened and returned before 30 days. I decided on buying a new TV instead of replacing the lamp. So I returned it unopened 10 days later . Several days later I noticed a partial refund on my Visa bill. They charged me a $25.00 restocking fee even though I was never told that was company policy. I phoned their customer service and was told someone would get back to me. They never did. I called again and
was told I should have read their return policy on the website. Even though I didn't buy it through their website. Anyway just an overall unpleasant experience.

"I can highly endorse My projector lamps, their customer service has been the best that I have ever come across. I had an issue with the wrong part, that was fixed, I then had a Warrantity issue, that was fixed! They always look after their customers unlike some online businesses. Give them a try, they will look after you too!"

"I bought some lamps from MyProjectorLamp in Brazil. The customer support helped me a lot, as I needed the lamps in 2 days for a business meeting. I thought it was a fake company, but I had to take the risk and pray that my lamps would deliver on time. The company exceeded my expectations and the package arrived on time. I will purchase from MyProjectorLamps again in the future, the customer feels like family when you talk with their customer support staff."

"sent the wrong lamp agreed to give me refund after several emails and arguments and picture taking. Brought back the lamp and have been waiting over a month to get my money back. Customer "service" has had the following excuses the manger is out of town, we can't access our email, our invoices system is down. This is pathetic "

"Ordered bulb, credit card was charged immediately, legit looking invoice received but no shipping info. Two weeks later no shipping details, called, emailed, no response, no answer, left message, no callback, nothing. Having to go through CC company to get my money back."
