"Because of travel conflicts, I was unable to place my Christmas book gift order until Sunday, 12/16/07--it was about 28 pages long and I was concerned I would not get the book by Christmas Eve. Ordered with FedEx overnight delivery to be safe. On Monday morning, I received confirmation from My Publisher that the book had printed and was ready for shipping. I received it on Tuesday, 12/18 in California. The product exceeded my expectations, the communication was flawless, and delivery was so good, I could have used a less-expensive means of mailing. "I wanted to make a book for my wife celebrating our first ten years together. I ordere dthe book on Monday and had it by Thursday. I am very pleased with the book. It looks great. The quality is excellent. It was very easy to do.
I looked into a few other websites as well as some reviews of each. I found most said My Publisher doesn't give you as much flexibility in design but makes up for it in ease of use.
I believe if you are looking for a simple way to make a book, and are willing to give up some design flexibility, My Publisher is a great choice."
"I just completed my third book from My Publisher and I am completely satisfied with the experience. The process of putting the book together is easy and the end product is outstanding. This last book was a portfolio of my fine art photography to be provided to galleries that represent me. The feedback has been great.
I did have some problems early on getting the book just how I wanted it and the customer support could not have been more helpful or timely.
I will be doing lots more books and My Publisher will be doing the production.

"To say that I am impressed with MyPublisher photobooks would be an understatement. The quality of their books is amazing. In the past 14 months, I've ordered 3 pocketbooks, 3 Classic Books, and 4 Deluxe Books, and all of them were just beautiful. My most recent book documents a family trip and I used the Travel template. Wow! This time we ordered the Book Jacket, and it was STUNNING! It was like a book you would find in the photography section of any reputable bookstore like Barnes & Noble or Borders.
As for CUSTOMER SERVICE, they are second to none. With this last order, the protective, and fancy, Vellum (translucent) page that is first seen when you open their books had a 2 creases 1/4" apart running vertically. It was the type of crease one sees when paper gets stuck in the printer while feeding. No anyone's fault, just one of those things. I sent an email to customer service explaining the crease and asking if I could fix it, perhaps with an iron. I got reply within 24 hrs. There were very sorry, and they replaced the book at no cost. I was surprised, but indeed impressed, with that level of customer service.
These books are simply, in my humble opinion, the most impressive way to preserve and display your digital pictures. The sofware is incredibly easy to use. The templates are fun and exciting, and you will be amazed at the results. I have shown my last book to 12 people at work, and they all want to order books now. They cannot believe the quality, and I can assure you, I am neither a professional photographer or involved in any way in professional graphics or layout.

"My experience with this company was terrific. Their product is outstanding, and is a good value. I put together a 100-page book in a little more than a day, using their very easy software, and had my gorgeous book a few days later. The color reproduction is extremely faithful, and the paper feels great.
I had a problem sending my order via the Internet, so mailed them a CD of it, and was astonished at how fast it went through, even so. After an initial disappointment with the speed of their customer service (they will only respond by email), they were very attentive to my problem and I couldn't have been happier with their promptness, professionalism and willingness to help out.
