"I ordered three of the same book through MyPublisher. I received them very fast and in great condition. When looking through them I notices a few printing splotches on a few pages in only one of the books.

I immediately emailed the customer service team at MyPublisher and they where quick to respond. They where very helpful and are providing me with another copy of my book at no charge. I am sure I will be satisfied with my replacement book.

"Mypublisher is very easy to use. I was very pleasantly surprised when I got my first book. Before I got it I was nervous about my order. I wasn't sure how my book would turn out. I wasn't sure if my pictures were quality enough. Mypublisher has a great and easy way for you to know if you pictures need to be smaller or if they are quality pixels enough to enlarge to the whole page size. And then resizing takes only seconds. My first book was perfect. I wouldn't change one single thing about it. The second book took half the time to create. I'm a pro now. I'm waiting for my 3rd and 4th books to arrive in the mail and I have one more to order this week. I can't say enough about how "use friendly" this program is to use. I can't wait to show my book off. It looks like a professional coffee table book. My husband was so impressed he asked if I could order another one for his parents. Trying not to gush, but in a word it is excellent! Color accuracy, sharpness, paper and binding are all first class.

This was really a test, but I'm sure my son and daughter in law will be very pleased to have a book of my photos of their daughter over the past 2 1/2 years since her birth.

I am already working on two other larger books which will be uploaded and ordered in the next few weeks.

This is the third photobook service I have tested, reviewed and checked several others, and MyPublisher is clearly the best.

We created 7 copies of a photo book with 164 photos that we and 10 of our fiends took of our trip together last year to Hawaii to celebrate my retirement. We collected everyone's digital photos and chose the best for our once-in-a-lifetime remembrance capturing a very special week together. We suprised everyone with their copy of the photo book at our one year annivesary get-together. We created the book online only one week before the event, choosing the best 164 photos from several batches of more than 500 in total. The order was shipped 3 days after we placed the order, and was delvierd as promised the next day - 3 days before the big event. My wife and I enjoyed putting the book together as much as our friends enjoyed viewing theirs, amongst all their oohs and ahhhs. The photos looked ten times better on MyPublisher's printed page than the digital photos looked when we first viewed them as a computer slide show - and 20 times better than the photos we printed right after our trip.
