"Wow! What service! I received a personal email from a real person within just a few minutes of writing about some photo orientation problems in my album. The problem was not due to an error on the company's part, but rather with the photos I chose and their orientation, and with the software not wanting to do what I wanted.
Despite being the wee hours of the morning, I got a speedy response with specific, easy-to-follow directions to correct the problem. Included was a coupon code to re-order after I correct the problems.
Despite the initial random rotated pictures, my husband and I both agree that the book turned out so beautifully that we may never get regular prints of our trip photos again...we will just make books!

"I had a good experience with My Publisher software on the Mac. I wish it had more options and control (I am a designer) but it did the basic design I wanted very easily.
