"I am very disappointed with this company. The software reproduced the photos well in my photobook, but the captions -- which the software told me I was setting in 12-point, came out in tiny type.
When I complained, I was told "sorry." I pointed out MyPublisher's Facebook page, which says: "Our mistake or your mistake, it doesn't matter. If you are not happy with the products we ship to you, we are not happy. As soon as you contact us about a problem, we will either replace the books you have ordered for no charge or give you an immediate refund including the original shipping cost."
The policy has changed, I was told. So sorry.
I'm out $50 and a lot of hours for a book that's best suited to be a doorstop.

However, this was NOT the case. I communicated with their online chat team 2 times and both times I was "reassured" that my order was being processed and will be shipped by the necessary date. However, neither their email or website channel was accurately reflecting the information that I was receiving. In the end, while I NEEDED the gift to arrive by Saturday, June 26 - as a birthday present for my husband, I will now be gifting it on Monday, June 28th!
Therefore, if you have specific timing in mind, you may need to order 2+ weeks in advance or just try other services."
"I was referred to MyPublisher while on vacation. Previous to this encounter, I never heard of MyPublisher. I read some reviews online and left me skeptical. However, I realize the few complaints were regarding the extra shipping to Canada (imposed by the Canadian government). Well, that didn't apply to me. I am SO HAPPY to have found MyPublisher. I have nothing but high marks to give them. The quality is the highest I've seen (and that's comparing it to Shutterfly and Blurb.) MyPublisher's paper is so heavy, you will mistaken it for 2 sheets. The colors are superb. The deluxe book with the dust jacket is top-notch. And no one has the big size. Finally, the software is so easy to navigate. I've been back for 4 orders on the same book. "I used MyPublisher for the first time based on the recommendation of a friend. I was very impressed. My father passed away in October and I wanted to make a book for my mother containing memories from my Dad's siblings and kids and his children and grandchildren. It took a few minutes to figure out the template options, but once I got going it was very easy. I was unable to copy and paste from a word document, but if I copied the memories given to me into an e-mail and sent it to myself, I could copy and paste from the e-mail. I am not a computer wiz, so I don't understand why that worked, but it made things much simpler (I didn't have to retype everything). All the steps were easy to follow. I could easily change pictures and templates clear up to the final preview stage. In the preview step, MyPublisher spell checks and indicates any errors in formatting. I found this to be extremely helpful and gave me peace of mind that everything was in proper order. I submitted my completed book to MyPublisher on the 20th of December and my mother had it at her house on the 23rd. The book was absolutely amazing. Even old photos that I had scanned turned out with good color and clarity. I plan to make many more albums and highly recommend MyPublisher. Sidenote- my friend has made several picture books (coffee table type books) that are equally as beautiful. I give MyPublisher a 10 out of 10 rating. Thanks for the perfect keepsake!!"
"I learned about MyPublisher.com within the past couple of years and have made multiple photobooks. I LOVE THEM! I especially enjoy photo-journaling special events and family vacations in them. The software is so flexible to use and one can change their mind regarding each page, the order of the pages, the font of the pages, how many photos one wants on the pages (anywhere from 1 to 12). It's fun to do full-page bleeds, because one feels as though they are stepping into the photo! But the greatest feature of these photobooks to me is the little time it takes to complete them in contrast to a scrapbooking album, the ability to order multiple copies of the same book (often at a discount, which is so much appreciated), and to be able to share the same book with multiple people. I also love the way the book is shared in an e-version online before printed and shipped, so one can view it and share it with others. MyPublisher keeps one updated in e-mail notices about the various stages of processing, from order received, to book is posted online, to production has begun, to order has shipped. The books are nicely packaged and arrive in good order. I've never had an issue with books that have been printed and sent to me. And one has the ability to reorder at any time in the future, which is a plus. I prefer them over scrapbooks for another reason: They are more compact and professional looking on my bookshelves! Eager to make many more. And in my experience Customer Service has been prompt, helpful, respectful, and go above and beyond! I consider this company to be ultra-professional. They offer a number of options from paper cover to beatufiful album covers. Base prices are very reasonable. However, I take LOTS of photos, so my books are often the maximum size of 100 pages, and I have to pay extra for my pages above and beyond 20. And because I often order multiple books--sometimes 6 or more, I watch for discounts. My hope is that MyPublisher will offer regular significant discounts to keep my steady business (Hint! Hint!)
A hint for Costco members, I am a Costco member, so downloaded the software from Costco.com's Photo Center web page. Costco customers get automatic discounts.
And about discounts, I love the MyPublisher ordering system, because when you have Costco membership, your discounts appear before the total is calculated--you know exactly what you will pay. If one applies specific coupon codes, you see the discount automatically applied, so you know you're getting it (or not)!

"I was blown away by how NICE the photo book was that I received. I chose the sage linen cover, with the full-page bleed photos (I had uploaded digital scrapbook pages). The cover is very nice and the pages are gorgeous -- nice very heavy paper and the color depth of the printed images is far better than I expected.
Also, I uploaded the images an placed my order on Thursday morning, and they shipped my books the next day.

"I just "discovered" this website, in the hairdressing salon a couple of weeks ago. A grandmother was showing a book of photos of her grandson. She told me to look in MyPublisher.com and since our son was to be married in just over a week - I was delighted to find this service.
BUT - after receiving the albums, I was not just delighted - but ecstatic - the quality was superb and I received the albums in 4 business days. The married couple returned from their honeymoon just yesterday (Sep 22) and we were able to hand them a wonderful memento of their Wedding Day.
