"It was not obvious what I was ordering, and the first time I received the wrong product. I do acknowledge that customer service was quick to provide a return address for full refund if I re-ordered the correct product.
Many people don't need 28 labels at $1.80 each. Why not offer individual labels at $10.00 each. You could just make a full sheet, and have someone cut out the individual label and mail (20 seconds of effort for a $10 label, and customer is happy they save some money)."
