"The two signs I ordered have arrived and look good. I deducted one star because the signs arrived two weeks after promised. Perhaps deliveries would be more efficient with Fed Ex or UPS. I suspect the delivery issue might have been due to USPS. "

"I sent an email 7 days ago and ask if I could get around 100 placard made with a different number on them than the ones you have on your website. Two days later I got a response that said one word, size? from Michelle Marcial. I never got a response, 6 days ago I sent her another email letter her know that I did not get an answer to my question. I want you all to know that if this is the kind of people you employee as your customer service representatives I will not be doing anymore business with you. "
