"We ordered custom "bread loaf" signs with special coating for the entrances to our parking lot, to give notice that surveillance is in use. They look great. We also ordered the heavy duty municipal poles to mount them on.
We have 2 criticisms that we hope management will consider and make changes.
Criticism #1
The first set of poles were lost in shipment. All that arrived was one bag of mounting bolts. They quickly reshipped them and they arrived today. We can see why they got lost! The poles weight 40 lbs. total. They are shipped with the bolt packages in the U of the poles, wrapped together ONLY IN THE MIDDLE with clear packing tape. The packing tape is barely touching the bolt packages. If only using tape, should at least tape it middle, top and bottom! And make sure the bolt packages are taped securely to the poles! Or, put them in a long box!
Criticism #2
Their software that sends email notification that your order has shipped, with a tracking number. The order number is in the subject line of the email. However, if there are two shipments it does not tell you what is in each shipment. You have to call to find out. All companies we order from tell you what is in each shipment. Please modify your software to include what is in each shipment.
