"Terrible, terrible company.
Great price. Bought spoiler (+$85 for custom paint option) for my car.
Item arrived. It was not the spoiler in the picture. Paint job was terrible: color mix was too dark, didn't remove masking tape, no clear coat, "orange peel" finish, some dripping, no primer was used, and there were some unpainted areas.
Called and asked for a return. Rude customer service representative. Asked me to send them pictures. I send detailed pictures. A week later I call again and they said they will review the pictures this week. Called later that week and they authorized the return. Said they would "investigate" the quality of the paint job in order to verify my claims and whether I would get money back for the painting. Return shipping was at my expense.
I send an email a week later. They reply for me to contact UPS. Said it was damaged during shipping. They said the spoiler was unsalvageable. Their emails are always in a classically unprofessional CAPS LOCK format. I asked them to send me pictures. They send me one poor-resolution image showing a few minor nicks in the paint. No damage to the underlying spoiler. I indicated to them that it is perfectly salvageable and would need to be repainted for a future customer and that I would like a full refund.
They replied, telling me to contact UPS.
They changed their website with a disclaimer "THE PICTURE IS JUST FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PROPOSES!!!!"
So, the picture serves absolutely no "PROPOSE" because people already know what a spoiler is.
I called. Rude customer service. Indicated their new disclaimer. I told them it was not on the site at time of purchase. They stressed the amount of damage to the spoiler. I reiterated my argument. They reiterated theirs. Told me to contact UPS. I told them to send me more detailed pictures and the tracking number.
Three weeks later, no response.
A net 26 emails and 7 phone calls. No refund, no return pictures, no tracking number, no spoiler, no respect, no customer service, and apparently no management. Nothing.
Terrible, terrible company."
