"Absolute crooks! Placed an order which I was charged for immediately and a month later I get an email saying they don't have the product anymore. They said they would refund me, but after another month I did not receive a refund so I filed a complaint with my credit card company. Mystrollers.com lied to them and said I never returned the merchandise. Luckily I have the email saying they would credit me back. Stay away! Absolute crooks!"
"This company is a waste of time and all they want is your money. I would give them zero stars if that was even possible. I placed an order for more than $400 which I was charged for right away. However, they never had the items in stock, but I only found this out when I emailed them two weeks later. A month after my purchase was made I cancelled my order as I never got my items. It took more than another month, countless emails, a PayPal claim that they never responded to, and a threat of going to the Better Business Bureau in order for them to refund my money. They told me that it would take 1-2 billing cycles to see my money, but if you pay through PayPal then all they have to refund the payment and you should have your money with in a week. They are thieves and any one that has posted a good review must work for them or is being paid to do so! "

"I Wonder how this company is still operating and how is it that they are allowed to do credit transactions with so many complaints . This company is horrible. 15 years ordering products on-line and this one hit the ground hard...stay away from this company. They will take your money. There are two ladies that act as customer service and they are very polite...feel sorry for them since the goons that are taking peoples money are hiding in the background. I am still waiting for my order since I placed it on March 31. I did complain to PayPal and opened up an investigation..If and when I get my order..it better be new!but i don't expect anything from them."
"I made an order on 28Jan13. I keep chasing why the status was always 'order delayed'. The final reply is that the order would be arraged on 15Feb13. However, they just simply change the status to 'order bring picked'. I request to cancel the order on 18Feb but claimed the refund can only be arranged 2 billing cycles of the card I used. This is unacceptable. Luckily, I paid the bill thru paypal and I can get back the refund after opening case in paypal.

I ordered a mobile for our baby's room on 12/23 and was charged $46 the same day on my credit card. After quite a few days, I e-mailed them and asked what the status of my order is since I noticed it had not shipped yet. The reply I received was "It was out of stock and you will receive it in two weeks." I asked why the website did not state that the item was Out of Stock and they said it just wasnt updated at the time of the order. After two weeks of waiting and still not receiving anything, I e-mailed again. This reply was simply "Two weeks." Needless to say I was fuming due to the lack of customer service I have been receiving so I asked for a manager's phone number.
When I called them number, it said they are closed on weekends so I left a message. I also sent another e-mail stating how displeased I was that I was CHARGED for this item back on 12/23 and it this point I dont think I would ever see it! I received and e-mail back today stating that the item is discontinued and that they could send me a pink mobile instead of the blue one I ordered. They didnt even mention anything about a refund!
I called them immediately after receiving the e-mail demanding a refund. The lady just told me, "okay you received one." I told her that she needs to e-mail a confirmation of the cancellation immediately. They didn't even apologize!!!
I have NEVER had a worse experience than this! I am months away from giving birth and because of their lack of customer service I missed out completely on this mobile that matches my bedding because now it is discontinued everywhere! I cannot believe that they took my money the day I ordered it and never intended on giving me the item I actually ordered. The worst part is that the company doesn't even care! The manager never even called me back either.
AND I STILL NEVER RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK YET! THEY ARE LIARS, STEAL YOUR MONEY AND HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

"MyStrollers has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Not only did they not apologize for charging my credit card and for not delivering the goods (2 weeks and counting), they also did not inform me of when my orders were going to arrive. Additionally, when I sent them an e-mail to explain the situation and to cancel my order, they did not offer a single apology. When I sent them an e-mail complaining about the lack of their manners and the quality (or the lack of) of their customer service, the only thing I received was this e-mail:

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you
