"MyBath.biz is a huge SCAM! I ordered and payed a steamshower back in early 2013 for $ 4000.— and never received anything - apart from ridiculous excuses, why the shipment didn't success! Never ever pay them money by banc check!"

"This store is a scam. I ordered a bathtub. They charged my credit card and then took a check (after claiming they could not process a credit card). They never delivered the product (it has been over four months) and just offered a constant stream of increasingly unblievable excuses."

"Ordered hot tub enclosure form My Bath through Ebay on 11/2. Paid for item w/ credit card. Rec'd email from My Bath on 11/5 confirming recept of pymt and shipment of item. Waited approx. one month. Checked My Bath website for shipping status - it confirmed item shipped and was enroute. Eventually rec'd e-mail from My Bath on 12/24/08 indicating that they would not be able to deliver the hot tub enclosure and would refund my credit card. When I called My Bath to inquire as to why my order was cancelled, I was told that "due to the bad economy, they would not be able to fulfill the order w/ the price it sold for on Ebay." When I checked my credit card, My Bath never posted a refund, and I had to file a dispute w/ my credit card to get then to reimburse my charges for the product that My bath failed to deliver. Unfortunately, I incurred lot's of addt'l expenses (ie for purchasing a platform/foundation and land scaping for the hot tub enclosure that I ordered from My Bath). My Bath employs shady sales practices and should be avoided at all costs if you do not wish to be ripped off. "
