"While this site has some of the most hard to find adapters and cables on the interent, it lacks great service. When I wanted to check on the items I had ordered, it was near impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone. It thought I might have been scammed because I kept getting machines! When I finally talked to someone, they provided good information but they sent my package out later than I had hoped. Almost a week or more after I had order.

"After waiting 2 weeks worth of business days (19 days in total), I decided to give the folks at www.mycableshop.com a call. It took me 3 tries just to get some sort of answers, and when I did, the person seemed disinterested and apathetic. And all I wanted to do is ask where my order is! The answer: IT HASN'T SHIPPED YET. This was an "in-stock" product and they said it would take 3-10 business days to arrive, and 1-2 days to process. If you do the math, yeah, I'm getting screwed.
So now I am just waiting for my product to arrive..."
"We were told item was in stock. Four times they've told us they shipped. Now we find out it still hasn't shipped. They charged our credit card long ago but have only lied to us about shipping the product. When we call, they don't even seem to care. Very unprofessional."

It is now June 1, and MyCableShop has STILL not credited my credit card for the erroneous charge they made on 4/1. After calling 3 times, and receiving promises that it would be credited 3 times, STILL NO ACTION has been performed. AVOID MYCABLESHOP like the plague! They are not worth the headache!! I'm starting to think they never really intend to ship what you order. It's not until you call that they go "Oh, it must have gotten lost. We'll ship another." Other vendors would have tracked their package IF they actually sent one out. "

I have been trying to get someone to give me a status of my order for 4 days. I got one e-mail reply that it had been forwarded to Myron. They NEVER answer the phone. I have left e-mails and phone messages. In my opinion this is a fly by night business. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere."

"Unfortunately I was never able to order from them. I try hard but nothing happened. I was trying to get a 50 foot a/v cable which they didn't have in regular stock. After talking to Andrew he said he would check in to it. A week went by and I contacted him again, he said he remembered the conversation but wanted me to send him an email. I did that and a week later no response. I again contacted him and was told it was some other department doing the purchasing being slow. Things went like this for another week or so at the end I was very tired and told him what I thought about the customer service of their company and that I will buy somewhere else. He didn't seem to care much I hope you guys/gals do. The reason for the delay was that this store wasn't registered before and after submitting their registration just realized now they were added."
"I needed some hard to find parts. vendor said 2 weeks. After 2 weeks vendor claims stock just arrived and will ship immeadiatly. Also said they were having problems with customer service. 2 weeks later, claimed they were shipped, but will reship. That was 2 weeks ago. They do not confirm shipping, they won't answer email, and 1/2 the time you get their voicemail with no returned call"
