"I just ordered online from these guys. They have a decent assortment of miscellaneous parts that are hard to find elsewhere. Unlike most other folks, they don't gouge you on the shipping. I received an automated email confirming my order with the invoice number. I'll update more when I get the goods...

Twelve days after placing order I had received neither a package nor an indication of when it would arrive. Item had shipped from Canada to U.S., so was slow in getting through Customs. Since I did not receive any email notification that the item had shipped I had no way of knowing this. Some two days after sending a snotty email to My Cable Store the package arrived. Items were all there, at a fair price, nay a good price. But I have been spoiled by the notification systems of other companies. 14 days wondering if your package will arrive is too long for me. This probably isn't an issue with Canadian consumers.
