"Terrible experience with this business. Our order did not match the proof and the owner was very rude. Tried to convince us just to keep the envelopes and deal with it. Tried to say that the colors matched and I just couldn't tell the different (between blue and green). Took almost a month of rude correspondence before he was willing to refund (and we still had to pay return shipping). Not sure how I found this site or why we chose this service, but were grateful to find another retailer to provide the exact envelopes we needed at a lower price."
"This is a small family run business. The owner, Ralf, is an extremely helpful guy. You can tell he truly does what he does to the very best of his ability. He also worked hard to be where he is now and does not take anything for granted.
I've ordered 3 times from him and the business is always exceptional. The lastest transaction I had with him was for 2500 custom B/W envelopes. I placed the order on 9/11 and received an email the next morning with instructions to reply back. I replied to when I received it at work. And now what do you know, the envelopes was delivered on 9/14.
If that does not say anything about his business eithics, I don't know what else to say. Only transaction comparable to this is NewEgg, but that's just one item. Oh and Amazon Prime doesn't count.
