Once you actually can access, the products are nondescript enough to seem straight forward, but once you receive it - it is not what it seems. I got 120 ML e-cig juice WITHOUT a way to dispense... They told me to buy again from them... If I would have known that from the beginning I would have bought them, but these guys want you to buy more because then they get another order to meet the free shipping minimum. They are TRASH."

Might not be a big deal for some people, but I work hard for my money and expect to get what I order. Tried to contact them through the web sight and got the comment that it was not containing to order and delivery. "I ordered four 4-packs of the W01 refillable cartridges for my Juul. They were slightly more expensive than buying them from Fast-Tech.com (which has the cheapest price but ships out of Hong Kong so it takes 2+ weeks to get your order). I was willing to pay more for the convenience of receiving my order faster as Freedomsmokes is listed as being located in the US. I definitely DID get my order faster but what they sent me were clearly counterfeit pods. Not only do they not actually fit inside of a JUUL device, they immediately leak out of a hole in the bottom of they pod (???). Literally all four boxes (16 pods) had these same defects so it wasn’t a one-off. BUYER BEWARE!!! They sell them as W01 pods and the packaging is the same but the pods themselves are clearly counterfeit. I attempted to call customer service multiple times with no reply (seems like that’s a theme in freedomsmoke reviews) Learned my lesson the hard way. Back to Fast Tech, they make take forever to ship but at least you get what you pay for. Shady business all around. "

My order was delivered 30 miles away and customer service says they're looking into it, but meanwhile I was told to ask my neighbors and the mailman if they've seen my package! I asked for a replacement with expedited shipping or a refund....no answer. It seems that's the standard way of handing customer service related isuses with this company.

"The problem started with ordering on their website & has been a disaster since.
I have a different shipping address from my billing address and the website ordering has a huge issue with this. I would update my shipping, then it would change my billing address to the shipping address. So, I would go back to the billing and change that and it would update my shipping address back to the billing address. Finally thought I had it good to go, submitted my order and went on with my life. The package made it to Philly super quick, which would have been awesome if my shipping street address hadn't gotten combined with my billing street address & the USPS gave me an incorrect address exception notice. I was on it right away and scheduled a re-delivery for the next day with the corrected street address. A week went by and I scheduled another re-delivery with the corrected street address. It's now into the third week and my package is lost. The time I've had to sit on the phone with the USPS (trying to actually get a human on the phone is nearly impossible) to find that the post office can't find my package and has no scan record for return to sender has been frustrating to say the least. I'm pretty much up the creek with this one and although I do not blame MFS for the post office debacle, it's their website's lack of ability to comprehend two separate addresses for billing and shipping that caused this entire issue in the first place. This morning, I went to EightVape and order my Breeze 2 with no issues whatsoever. I ordered my first Breeze 2 from EightVape, which I'm regretting not doing in the first place for my second one. If you have the same shipping and billing address, you likely will not have the issue I experienced, but I will never order from this company again. "

"So, this isn't your typical vape shop. MFS is an online vape shop and all of their sales are done through their website. They do allow local customers to come into their store to pick up their orders, but they don't have a lot of products or juices laying around for customers to browse. This is also why they don't like to accept cash payments as people have noted previously. However, they are super fast when it comes to getting my order ready and I can always pick it up the same day if I order before 3pm or have them ship it to me and it arrives the next day. Prices are also much lower than local vape shops as well. "
