"I definitely would stay away from this company. I tried to place an order using a promo code and now that they know I have a promo code they will no longer communicate with we (won't return phone calls nor emails). BUYER BEWARE!!!"
"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order back in February. After a couple of months without seeing my order show up, I started sending emails asking about my order. It took several emails before I got a response. The information provided showed the wrong address, even though my address was correct in my profile on their web site. After sedning several more emails over a few weeks, Kerri replied that she was processing my refund. That was on May 2. I haven't seen any refund and nobody is returning any of my emails.I plan on having as many of my friends and family (plus I am going to make several hotmail accounts of my own) to flood them with copies of my emails. I encourage all of you to do the same. If nothing else, perhaps we can drive Kerri crazy with hundreds of emails expressing our concerns. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! It seems that it is just some sort of scam to rip people off. "

"I made an order in December and received it after Christmas (took two weeks). Then when I try to contact about pulls and poor quality in the socks, I got no reply... for two months I've been trying. NO phone number listed. Do NOT buy a 'deal' with this company. Overpriced and under-serviced!"
"I ordered on Dec 11, and they did not even mark it as shipped until Jan 3rd. Even though it is marked as shipped, I still not received it as of Jan 23rd. The charges have cleared my account. They have completely ignored my emails, and there is no other way to get in touch with them. Buyer beware!!!"
