"I ordered a wedding set, only received the ring, no wedding band... I had paid extra for Fedex (7.95 $ Cdn), it arrived by Canada Post... I had to return the ring insured (32.25 $Cdn)... It took them forever to send the set back. I gave them a few days, but after a while I had to call everyday to know what was happening. Every time I had to explain from the beginning and they said they would ship it right away. I finally received it and it is fine. I still need to get it appraised though. I never got any email confirmation when buying the ring or when they shipped the ring. It says on the website that it ships from Canada... Well, in fact, it ships from the US to the Canadian wharehouse and then it is shipped to you."

"Well, I ordered a Citizen watch on December 11 and I still have not received it. It will arrive on December 28, too late for Christmas.
I had called Myjewelrybox.com about my order (which was supposed to be guaranteed for Christmas) and they told me that Citizen made the mistake and that is was out of their hands. The lady I talked to was very nice and she offered to give me 10% off the watch and reimburse me for the shipping (and I saw the refund on my credit card today).
Good customer service… Still, a little disappointed for my first order since I had to get something else for my husband to open on Christmas day.
