"I ordered an engagement ring for my fiancé. When I bought it it was available to buy. I wanted it faster so I paid extra to get it faster. Come to find out it was back ordered even though it was not shown at the time of purchase to be back ordered. I needed this ring fast to propose and when I called I was told I would receive it on the 3 rd or 4th. When that time came I called customer service on the 4th to see what the status was. I was then told it still was not shipped to their warehouse and I would receive a tracking number in my email. It is now the 7th and I have no tracking number which may mean its STILL not shipped to me. If I had known it was going to be this much of a hassle to buy a ring I wouldn't have. I have talked to the customer service 2 times about this and both times told it would be soon. I disagree cause its been a couple weeks ago that I ordered...I even paid for it right away when supposedly was only going to get charged after it was shipped to me. The picture shows a beautiful ring but the picture is all I get I guess."
